#TechTipTuesday – PDFs
On Tuesdays I share a Tech Tip on our social media pages to assist our staff in their use of technology as it relates to their role.
I’m just going to go out there and say it, most teachers are hoarders! We love saving ALL the things because you never know when you may need it for this specific class, or that project, or that spirit-week activity. Digital files are no exception to this fact.
Between curricular documents, blackline masters, third-party resources, shared files from colleagues, PD handouts…. this list goes on and on…. there are so many files! If they are self-created files or internal files then they can be a little easier to manipulate but that isn’t always the case.
The website I Love PDF provides some good options to easily manipulate and edit these files which can save A LOT of time if you are not familiar with the options available within your tool suite or if the program isn’t “playing nice” within your school system. There are paid options available within this platform as well but I personally think you can accomplish everything you need with their free options.
