Every Friday I share what I believe to be a notable person/organization/school on our social media pages to assist our staff in the development of their online Personal Learning Network.
This week I would like to highlight a community of Manitoba educators who have been sharing and learning together on Twitter using the hashtag #MBEdChat The brainchild of Zoe Bettess in Thompson, this hashtag has 7 years of archives sharing information, inspiring discussions, and helpful links from MB educators from across the province.

The #mbedchat community has evolved a lot over the years. While they have currently suspended their formalized Q & A discussions there continues to be a robust offering of tweets in the hastag from MB educators looking to share and connect. Due to the continued community support, and increasing need, Zoe recently announced that the formal Q & A component of this hashtag is slated to return in the fall! In the meantime I invite you to check out #mbedchat or visit their original website to view their archives.
