This evening I had an opportunity to learn and share with MVSD parents and guardians regarding social media. This project came as a result of conversations between the ORS PAC, school principal, and myself. We found that many parents were interested in learning more about what the various social media platforms were and how to assist their children in the safe use of these mediums.

The evening was full of great conversation and, I hope, each of the parents felt like they left with the information they need to facilitate conversations with the children in their homes.
