War of 1812: Major Battles Lesson Plan

Yesterday I posted a Graphic Novel Project to help students review and understand the War of 1812 and there was lots of downloads from Google Docs! I think it was a success because I have many American and Canadian followers and it is an assignment that could fit with both curriculum. Yay!
To keep that good thought going, I thought I would keep the War of 1812 resources going to offer up a lesson plan to cover some of the major battles.
This 4 page lesson plan can be modified to meet the needs of your class and includes activating, acquiring and applying strategies for your students!
